The transparent-pricing Procare alternative built for compliance-first daycares
Procare is a mature platform, but its per-module pricing model means your monthly bill grows unpredictably as you add features. Rawdly publishes simple per-child tiers with every compliance feature included — and lets you export your own data anytime, fee-free.
Your data is yours. Rawdly lets you export everything — children, attendance, billing, audit logs — as standard CSV or PDF at any time, with no export-unlock fees. Switch in or out on your schedule.

What Procare does that Rawdly does not (yet)
- Multi-site management at scale. Procare's enterprise tier handles 50+ location chains. Today one Rawdly login switches between several centers, and they share one Pro plan and one bill priced on all their children together; a combined dashboard and cross-site reporting are on the 2026 roadmap. For very large chains, ask us about Enterprise.
- Parent-facing mobile app maturity. Procare's parent app has been in market for years and has a large user base. Rawdly's parent app is newer; feature parity on the parent side ships through mid-2026.
- US-wide subsidy integrations. Procare integrates with many state subsidy systems. Rawdly's deepest integrations are Washington State-specific in 2026; other states follow through 2026–27.
Pricing comparison
Procare does not publish public pricing. Per reviews on G2 and Capterra, centers report base fees of $150–$400/month plus per-child fees, with billing, CACFP, and subsidy modules sold separately. Total cost for a 30-child daycare with full compliance features typically lands at $300–$600/month.
Rawdly publishes its tiers: Freemium is free forever for up to 10 children, and Pro is $1.99/child/month, less from the 51st child across all your centers. CACFP and Washington State subsidy billing carry no add-on fee. AI features come with the paid plans, and AI Daily Summaries is $1 per child per month. Price is the same on day one as on day 365.
How to switch from Procare
Average migration time for a single-site, 30-child daycare: under 2 hours.
- 1
Export your data from Procare
Procare supports CSV export for children, staff, and billing from the admin console. Download the full data set before you begin.
- 2
Import your children
In Children → Import, choose Generic CSV, upload the file and map its columns. The importer validates rows and shows a preview before anything is saved. It imports children only; our team can help you bring across families and billing setup.
- 3
Reconnect parent accounts
Parents receive an email to set their Rawdly password. New messaging works immediately.
- 4
Configure your CACFP and subsidy programs
Set up once; each month, preview the claim and export the OSPI-WINS CSV and the claim packet PDF. Subsidy billing covers Washington State programs.
- 5
Generate your first License Inspector PDF
Sanity-check the 30-day compliance export and you are ready for an unannounced inspection the same day.
