Delete your Rawdly account

Delete your account without the app

Email contact@rawdly.com from the email address you use to sign in to Rawdly, with the subject “Delete my Rawdly account”, and tell us the name of your child care provider. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within 30 days.

Child care owner and staff accounts

Accounts that belong to a child care provider’s team (owners, directors and staff) can’t be deleted in the app, because the centre’s records depend on them. Email contact@rawdly.com and we will close the account with your centre.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number and photo
• Your messages and their attachments, notifications, comments, feedback and settings
• The devices registered for notifications

Your sessions are ended, your links to children are removed, and any consent you gave for AI summaries and translations is withdrawn.

What is kept, and for how long

• Invoices, payments, receipts and payment proofs that your child care provider must keep for accounting

  They are linked to an anonymous account instead of your name.

  Kept for: 7 years from the transaction.

• Records of the consents you gave

  Kept for: as long as needed to show what was agreed and when.

• Security and audit logs

  Your IP address and browser details are removed, but a record of a sign-in lockout can still contain the email address used.

  Kept for: up to 24 months.

• Enrolment and admission documents your child care provider keeps, such as signed forms

  They still show the names and contact details written on them.

  Kept for: while the centre’s Rawdly account is active and up to 12 months after it closes.

Delete some data without deleting your account

Email contact@rawdly.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us what you want deleted. Some records, such as payment records, must be kept by your child care provider.
